Venn saw that Loki was the one who knew his brother the most so it was normal for him to ask Loki everything he wanted to know.
Alkil has some trauma witch is as you said justifiable but his brother has nothing to do with it. It is not healthy to put all of this on him and for Alkil to only have one important person in his life.

yeah true, but venn inquired Loki about everything he knows about the desert. truth be told loki isn't the only one that knows about the desert, even after he said that Alkil wanted him to stop meeting with Venn, he still insisted on meetimg him for one last time. he could've approached loki with more tact, asking him to be the one that will inch their distance together, rather than to be the one to tell him stories about the desert which took too much of Loki's time.

I agree with you . Loki was happy to do it because he wanted to help them but at the end Alkil was jealous and it created a misunderstanding...
Alkil's actions at the end were sad because even if he did it because Loki lied to him, he lied too. Loki May not have said "I love you" to him but he show it every day
trying to "force" something to happen won't do any help, especially since Alkil's reasons of not wanting to talk to his brother is justifiable. If only venn thought about inquiring to others about the dessert rather than Loki despite the latter saying his reasons.
