I agree. My birthday is in independents day, so i know people are goint to forget. But if the people that are the most important to you forget...uf that really hurts no matter what.
For me i celebrate with myself and take time to take care of myself like i just made my birthday a day to be alone and celebrate and treat myself,i dont want anyone to accompany me celebrating it.
Sometimes yes but most of the time nope thats why people tend to ask me why its just that i dont care if people know about my birthday i just wanted to be thankful on that day and take a break on seeing the same faces over and over again.

tbh me too, I've started doing that and I kinda feel better since I really take care of myself, people tend to ask me that too so I just say that I don't really care which is true, I just expected from some people who are close to you to remember :/

bruh I hate the fact about forgetting someone's birthday if you are close to them I mean I have big group of friends, some are really close and my birthday was on november 10th only one person wished me happy birthday lmao because I turned off all that shit on snapchat and I didn't post on insta that it's my bday, I'm not the type of person to care about that stuff but I guess you somehow still expect from people that are close to you to wish you happy bday? Idk, anyways I hope that he actually remembered it or that he would properly apologize
