I wish that too but there was nothing much that she could do
Honestly I think it's a smart idea that they had him come back at this point. The people in the castle did everything they possibly could and she created a genius solution it just didn't quite work out. She was evacuating the citizens and I think it was a good way to show that it she is not overpowered just smart.
I got that he needed to come back I just wish we could've gotten some more independence yknow?
I'm rlly excited that hes back but I kinda wish she was able to resolve the attack with her own wits
