All of which say the second pair weren't okay just because kan beat up his ex. I don't condone violence and I don't approve it, but let's remember that he was a good guy at first, but he couldn't express all the thoughts and things that tormented him due to the stress caused by his work. He should never have hit his partner or taken it out on him, but he did and he was aware of the mistake he was making and that is why in the end he himself decides to end the relationship, because he no longer wants to hurt him and ruin the memory of their initial relationship. He was not insensitive (like many other people who do similar actions) what he did is a trauma that haunts him, he no longer considers himself worthy of a relationship or being loved but everyone needs a second chance to redeem themselves from their own errors, as far as this is possible, so I am happy that in the end he found happiness.
