my guess is that the twins were bullied in school for having a step-"dad", and the initiator was the brother of the redhead???? that's why mad dog sent him to the hospital???
but idk there's also a part in fhe manga where the redhead emphasized that the prince will shut him off again (right after the scene where the scissor lady said that mad dog shut him off {i'm suspecting that prince pretended to be mad dog idkidk)

i feel like the dad of the twins prob did something???? the dad might have dated the "sister" of min gun cause of the picture????? also, because of the very ominous way the dad was introduced in that one chapter like damn. Which is why the prince like twin wanted to atone for the wrong doings of one of his family memeber so maybe its the dad who beat up the "sister"???? OR was it the mad dog that beat up the "sister"??
