Like you said she had the time to move on, but moving on doesn't include healing. And what can she do about her trauma/s she kept hidden? If she even ever had therapy then it's only a therapy related to being a "witness" and not for the other things she's suffering. In those 3yrs no one assured her they'll be there for her. Even her mom just wants her to shut up about it and not get involve when Takashi's mom went to her home. She tried to say something, shaking, stuttering, scared, but what did her mom do? Rather than listening to her side, she shut her up, not even concerned how her daughter got there.

honey, she killed someone and blamed in on a innocent boy. She ruined the lives of so many people, the boy, his family and his best friend. Yes she’s a rape victim but she’s also extremely selfish. She knew that the boy was being bullied but she did absolutely nothing to help and she even lied to him. If you think about it, the true victim here is the boy. He witness a rape scene and tried to protect the girl, he then witness a murder scene and took the blame for the girl. The girl did absolutely nothing, she didn’t even try to clear his name what so ever, she just went on with her life. Even if we find out why the boy risk so much for the girl, it doesn’t justify her selfish actions.

There's no real and unreal victims here. Both of them are victims, both are suffering. The only difference is that the other one's will is weaker. I'm not saying that she should just shut her mouth forever. She just got over it, like the other reply said "moved on", and so what I'm trying to say is to stop pushing her by saying all these nasty things and simply give her the time to gather enough strength to face it. You can't just say "oh well I just stopped shaking and stuttering now so even though I'm still scared and traumatized from being raped and from slaughtering my rapist I'm gonna defend my friend who's currently viewed as the vile murderer by saying I'm the real to his bullies!" and what would Takashi say? "Yes, it's true. She's the real murderer cuz he raped her and I saw it!" lol. You know what's gonna make her by doing that? Another "Ken-chan". The gathered evidence here doesn't even prove she was raped, the bat that's not hers is the weapon, the photo's nowhere to be found, she was just sent home unchecked right after the incident, her mom thinks the scum's good and concerned of her enough to let him in her room and leave them unattended, the dead scum can't confess his sins. Who would believe in her when the only proof she has was her experience? What they need now is a help of a professional who's willing to listen to them and not another unnecessary bravery.
It's not that easy. It's easy for you to say "if I were her I'd feel guilty and tell the truth rather than letting my savior suffer" cuz it didn't really happened to you. It's still early for you to say that to her when the whole incident's not even revealed yet. There's more to that incident and rather than telling her a lot of crap, why not wait for the reason why ML risks a lot and rather suffer himself to protect her?
