I forgot the name of this one manga. It made me cry so much and I wanna read it again. The plot is like these 2 guys meet on the road and they can only walk on lines on the road because of their imagination and they get to know each other better throughout the story. And they start dating but one of them breaks up with the other because of this girl that confessed. The girl and him get married but they have a divorce later on because he still likes the other dude. Years later they meet again and he confesses that he never lost feelings. They get together again and grow old. But one of has an illness. While he's lieing on the hospital bed, he says its a promise to his partner after he asks him to get him apples the next time he comes to visit him. The next day he comes with the apples but the person who was sick dies. Years past and the other person dies of old age as well. They meet again in the future after they get reincarnated.
