This happened to me. I was dating a guy and I was starting to notice that he was catching feelings for my close friend but neither of them were doing anything explicitly bad so I just broke up with him. I didn’t want to chase after a guy who doesn’t like me anyway and I also noticed how my close friend was trying hard to deny her feelings for him. I guess I was lucky because I’m the type that moves on easily so I could easily give up on him and let the two of them have a chance. Hahahaha now, they are both dating for years now and I’m still close friends with the two of them.
