it’s the *potential jeopardy* if the photo was to be accidentally leaked out. yeah he didn’t do it and the readers know that he would never do it... but as a victim there’s that constant fear that you’ll lose your job, be shunned by society and even have it on criminal record. as fked as it sounds it’ll be masaki’s accountability since he’s the teacher. the minor will get away with a slap on the wrist - not even that sometimes. so the intent of blackmail is still there and it’s wrong?? ya feel me?? idk it just feels wrong to blackmail and assault someone bc you have feelings for them but they never noticed... like das whack y’all you ain’t the victim here.
