I mean come on if you want to start doing scanlation and don't know how it works, aren't you suppose to look into it beforehand.
Moreover it's hard not to doubt their sincerity about the whole issue cause come one, I find it hard to believe they haven't seen Hero Scans credit page at the beginning of every chapter. If I can see them, so can they. Plus, it's not like you can't find their tumblr page just by searching google ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Iluvhotshits, while it WAS a miscommunication on our part we actually did try to contact them but I made a mistake and it never got through. That’s why we’re in this mess. Hope that makes sense

Hoping that all of your miscommunication problems were fixed. I really appreciate the fact that you're taking responsibility for it unlike other groups in the past.
man, it's an unspoken but DEFINITE rule that if you're gonna release english scans of a manga/manhwa/manhua which was already taken by a scanlation group, ask them for permission first :/
