its in the app store or play store. ive read somewhere that if its not availbale in ur country, u can use vpn to search it or u can download the apk
Try to download and install manually from apkpure,you can google “ pocket comics apk” to open the app you need using vpn
Do like what I did, change your apple id region/country to United state with no payment option. Then download the app from USA app store. After that change your ID apple back to your own country. You can use your card info of your country or paypal to buy coins in the app. It doesn't necessary for you to need a USA credit/debit card.
