Although you are right, but neither the 1st nor the last blow killed him. So technically he didn't commit murder as the teacher died in the hands of the girl. Assault at most and covering up the truth for the person he loved

hm... well imo, even though she dealt the final blow, he dealt the first and the last. So they're both at fault, I'd say. Idk about what the law or anything says, but while the girl may be slightly more at fault, he's not innocent at all
