I'd have to agree, but also think that not many people read manga or possibly would've found this manga without the anime.
I think the anime actually helps the manga and light novel in respects to people who enjoy the anime and wish to know more about the entire story.
Every anime adaptation basend on a manga or novel always boosts the curiousity and sales.
But when I looked at the Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Anime, I have to think "They really cut out a lot of things" and unlike "Overlord" and "Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken" it probably won't get a second season...

Yep, if I had to guess it might air sometime in the 2nd half of 2021 since there are no official dates for it airing yet.
The anime is kinda disappointing and rushed. Many things or details were just cut.
Even side characters were reduced to just almost non speaking background.
I was so happy about the anime version until I saw the adaptation...
The manga version of Kuma Bear is still much better.
