I still think he has room for development. Like he's not bad but he's not good either. He's just stuck and needs a shove in the character development section.
You're right about that but I don't really care for his development either. He really annoys me lol. I can be pretty bias to Hanako-kun but I don't like that Akane doesn't like him based on him being a supernatural or whatever his problem is with him.
