Hwan is more obsessed with Chiwoo than we thought and people thought it wasn't Hwan because he was acting sus but turns out it's actually Hwan and now purple head probably made a deal with one of the flying hamsters and his wish was probably to make Chiwoo end up with him and he's probably confused on why Chiwoo ended up with Hwan which is why he's meeting the blue hamster.
