Guys, yes, it was addressed, and yes, his friend is literally gay. And so?? Some hetero jerks have gay friends and they may even claim to say "I'm nOt hOmopHobIc I liTeralLy hAve GaY friEnDs" and yet they still say concerningly insulting stuff to the LGBTQ+ community. Yeah alright, maybe he isn't homophobic and just a jerk, but this dude won't treat straight people the same way. He isn't gonna say "hetero shit" because he's not a heterophobe (lmao). He at least has internalized homophobia and a serious case of insensitivity.

Literally what I was gonna say!!!! He would never say "your hetero shit" and stuff like that to any straight people. Like yes he has a gay friend but that doesn't suddenly make him magically excluded from being homophobic! He has probably internal biphobia+homophobia.
