It's weird that she would bring the onus on non-Chinese speaking fans to petition for her work to get picked up by other publishing companies for it be translated because how would non-Chinese speaking fans even know about her work outside of illegal sites, let alone have sway to move a company to do such a thing.
But, there have been Japanese companies like Bookwalker translating works, so maybe if Bookwalker notices
