he eats minerals, and his body became what he eats basically. He doesnt eat “metal” since metal is a mixture of different minerals. He has been doing things like eating the nickel from a sword and eating silver and gold. Those are all minerals, diamind is a form of pure carbon, so.... remember chemistry lol.
