i think it's just more realistic. nose running during (rough) sex isn't uncommon. and the things this kid does to the teacher are just...beyond rough sex lol...i mean he used a catheter, let alone a bent one, for his first time...it probably hurt like hell dkm lol...don't think anyone would be able to make a pretty face in this kind of situation hahaha let alone bodily fluids are normal in these kinds of situations! i think it's normal hahaha...
Just wondering is the snot dripping of your nose really a fetish thing ??
