I checked it on lezhin, there are no missing panels in chapter 24. The author simply forgot (or didn't realize they needed to) to write the scene that resolves the romantic tension. This is a major writing oversight, and I had to ding it 1 star for this, since it left me and so many other readers disoriented and trying to figure out what was going on in the next few panels. Otherwise it would've been a quick and easy 5-star. It was still worth reading, though.
Also, there are a lot of juicy plot hooks in this story that could have lead to additional interesting developments. It's too bad there wasn't time to explore any of these. The secondary couple (pink haired guy and Jinah's friend who are left in an unclear state by the end). More background on the sister's life and ambition and her relationship with Do-Hyeon. More build up and motivation for the badguy/ex-bf to better explain why he did the things he did. Maybe a little of the dad's point of view, to understand why he's the way he is, to make his POV a little more sympathetic. More background on the pink-haired guy, since there were so many hints about things that happened in the past to shape him as a person.
I feel like the author just didnt want to continue with this story Somekettlecorn
I do agree. The story overall was pretty cute and all. Not everyone have the same motivation to continue writing and drawing. They did the best they can to bring out the story they had in mind in the beginning. ^^'
