Alright so what I gathered from it. Every 10 monsters you kill and get the head of, it gives you a blind date lottery ticket. You don't get to pick which person you can go on a blind date with but it's basically like gacha, randomly generated. Only the soldier that was picked gets to set the time and day to go on a blind date. If they wanna just say hi then just leave they can. You're not allowed to get physical unless it's alright with both sides. Basically the main thing to remember about it is that it's just another form of gacha slot machines. Just as lottery. Also the soldiers can request to have their name removed from the list.
The confusing part for me was Chitra saying Claire can get 3 blind date coupons (or something)?
So apparently, Claire has done enough hunting to get over 30 (gacha) date lottery tickets, but Chitra will "trade" them for 3 blind date coupons that are still random?? Seems like the coupons are still on the lottery system because Chitra is trying not to break the rules. Thats where I'm lost. Maybe the next chapter will make her situation more clear.
Yeah. Maybe Chitra will bend the rules a bit so the girl can get the person in particular or have a greater chance without technically breaking the rules.
ueah but the soldiers kill the monsters, and the townspeople are the ones on the blind date list? like what? it doesn't make sense and it had something to do with women wanting second husbands, or men wanting to BE the second husbands or 'mistresses' of women who already had husbands? like that is some missing explanation there i get that for some reason theres some weird blind date gatcha system but i don't get WHY?

A while back, Chitra made polyandry (women having multiple husbands) legal.
So, yeah, some women and men have been inquiring about having (or becoming) the 2nd husband.
So "WHY GACHA"? The gacha system is a way to kill 2 birds with one stone. Chitra can help the citizens and herself. She COULD just allow them to date on their own like normal, but that doesn't really benefit her. So she thought up the gacha system so she can get what she wants as well as (somewhat) giving the people what they want. She can get soldiers to hunt a lot of monsters, and use their kills as a way "reward" them with dates. Making it a lottery gives the soldiers more incentive to KEEP hunting until they get the date they want.
Oooh thank you this is the explanation i was needing lol, i know it was in there somewhere but my brain just couldn't get there, in other words she's being just a bit of a bitch (i mean considering what the system has made her do i get it lol )
Um so i kind of don't understand the date lottery system, dunno if it's translation related or that the system is just a bit odd but can someone explain wth is going on with that?
