Yes, but I was also thinking about that prior flashback that showed that even during the r*pe the delirious Ao Gu kept asking the lil' flower why he seemed so familiar and who he was, meaning that even though he was so feverish that he couln't even manage to recognize him properly, he still recognized the lil flower's scent as one he was already pretty familiar with, meaning he probably had feelings for him from before and it was those that he acted on (if extremely violently) in his delirious state caused by the drug that they had slipped him.
I forgot. That chapter feels like it was forever ago.
I think, maybe the drug was meant to make him forget so that he couldn't trace back to who drugged him. He was attracted to the lil flower demon's scent and acted on his desire for him but based on this chapter it seems his instinct took over and overrode everything.
He also hinted at being jealous that the lil flower demon danced in front of everyone.
Ao Gu appears to be someone that's extremely disciplined and in control of his instincts and the drug wrecked that. I thought he was just an overprotective brother but probably a hypocrite that just took the little demon by force, but now he is shown to have been very interested in the lil demon but didn't make a move because he is very straitlaced and kinda prudish, for real.
Even while drugged, Ao Gu was still choosy and rejected the fox lady in order to go for the lil' demon.
What he did was a horrible accident, but at least it wasn't completely random and meaningless for him.
