I know... But it's still sad nonetheless :( plus I've been wondering this for quite a while, were there no servants tending to them in the old castle all the while she was pregnant and in labour cuz I'm pretty sure the curse only takes effect after the mother's death, the right?
There were servants tending to them but if u go back in one of the chapters I forgot which chapter, it mentions that out of consideration for her mom since she was in pain during labor, the emperor ordered everyone except the midwives to get out of the castle.

It's super adorable and I love Estrella my darling ( ˘ ³˘) but the fact that she was forgotten since birth keeps nagging me and I know it's no one's fault (is it really?) but just the thought of her living alone in an abandoned castle with her only companions being non-human beings saddens me and all I wish is for this baby to be happy, and the emperor to regain memories the curse made him forget (╥﹏╥)
