I dont understand why Kurose said that Shirotani is cruel here?

    I think because Kurose also want's to kiss Shirotani so badly but he want's Shirotani to admit it first.. But the later one didn't so Kurose was frustrated & felt that it was cruel of Shirotani to resist this much not concidering how he feels.. *-*
