I read the Chinese translation and I think you're talking about that red hair guy put something into the plain water seme was drinking and red hair guy threaten suha to sleep with him if suha don't want the president(that grandma) to see seme in that state although seme told suha it's fine and stuff but suha follow that red hair guy in the end for seme's sake
