It depends on the person. My period is basically hell and I need to be on analgesics and iron based food for 7+ days since I have cysts on my ovaries (I bleed a lot and basically have every symptom there is)
For some lucky people, it doesn’t hurt at all and lasts for about 3 days
The average is about 4-5 days and with symptoms like cramps, maybe lower back pain, bloating, nausea or cravings

Anyways it’s still a pain in terms of comfort. So no, if you’re a boy, you’re lucky you’ll never have to go through this. If you’re really 10... honey this is not it, you’re just too young
