There's something about this that i feel quite off. I didn't feel immersed with the story. It's just that after they reunited everything just fell flat. Was it because of the usual blackmail trope? Kei being so shady asf?
I really was looking forward to reading this. And now i just find it a bit hard to pinpoint what I'm feeling abt it.
Same. I feel this was one-sided and the blackmailing part was really unnecessary. Felt like the author didn't know what to make of their relationship unless there was that usual trope that will make them closer. Just didn't feel in depth about it.

Because Hotaru just suddenly falls in love out of nowhere for no reason while being blackmailed. It feels rushed. Also Kei has no reason to feel strongly for Hotaru considering they went on only one date and then didn't speak to each other for who knows how long. There's no substance. No BADUMP.
