Personally I find the older versions of them more attractive, but I’m pretty sure a good majority of these people are also around the same age. I believe Ling Chen is 17 and I don’t find it hard to believe that a lot of people reading this story are in high school or even perhaps middle school. Also I think some people are over exaggerating their words. I’ve written comments saying something somewhat like the comments that are here and I don’t actually mean them it was mainly to get the point across that I find that person extremely attractive.
Sure, I do find their older versions attractive too but I'm mostly talking about the people that are calling a 17yo "daddy". Well, I didn't mean to attack anyone personally, I'm just expressing my discomfort in this situation :) like you said, a middle schooler saying things like that it's a bit...awkward.
I forgot to add the fact that some of them are sexualizing their younger versions (by talking about how the 17yo versions of the MCs are fucking each other) and that's something that doesn't sit right with me personally (:.
Yeah I assumed as much, I understand why you might feel uncomfortable about the comments lol. I’ve seen enough comments about characters whether their from an anime or manga that you get used to it. I know that doesn’t sound good, but I mean if you’re 15-18 simping over a 17 year old it’s not that weird. Sure some comments are... interesting to say the least, but that with pretty much anything and everything. Now if these were real life existing people I would be very uncomfortable with some of these comments because “hey! that’s a real person with real feelings, maybe you shouldn’t be saying that about someone that could potentially read this!”

Just because I'm a 18+yo that's uncomfortable with seeing minors being sexualized that doesn't make me "innocent". I just have some morals and values, unlike some people.
And just because the people saying these things are 13/16yo, that doesn't make it any better. I don't wanna see 14yo calling others "daddy" but you do you.
