Pls read between the lines. Its because what he felt for Kyungsoo was real. I do believe he have feelings for him/loves him.

When he blurted that thing about Dojun, notice that he went crazy like something triggered him. Its the leftover bitterness, pride and just the pent'up emotions exploded. Plus, all his life he had been Dojun this and Dojun that. That mentality couldnt heal overnight.

Whats to look at here was that in the end, his subconscious, the real, the sane Chowon was calling for Kyungsoo

That's true. But it doesn't help Chowon's case to blurt out stuff he doesn't mean (or says out of lingering pent up emotions). He should've expressed his real feelings to Kyungsoo, but seeing that he couldn't just shows that he is not ready and stable enough for an relationship with Kyungsoo.

I also think that Chowon really loved Dojun and still does.

For that he needs to heal himself first before going on a stable relationship. Kyungsoo being by his side as support wouldnt hurt.

I honestly dont think chowon loves kyungsoo atm, maybe kyungsoo but like they just barely met lol a couple if days of being attracted certainly isnt enough to make chowon suddenly change and move on to a new guy, thats just hopeless romantics trying to cling to their fast paced ship.

Well this is a manhwa, i dont expect realistic timeline to work here lol. But its undeniable Chowon feel something for him and its strong enough for him to call out to him like that

I think what Chowon likes about Kyungsoo is that KS likes him just the way he is.. He doesn't have any crazy expectations (like Chowon's parents) or dates him bc of duty (like Dojun)... KS accepted him and for a short time made him forget about all the messy shit in his life... I don't think that he is in Love with KS, but sane Chowon would have fallen in love with him sooner or later ...
