Okay.. i read chapter 37 now and I can say he was not Keith's lover. Belive me. His face was in shock in that photo... Plus Keith was not a gay and MC was only man for him. I dont think it was his lover.. maybe he kissed him without permission and some dudes taken that photo? I dont know but I dont think keith will male same mistake twice.
