As someone who has depression and chronic anxiety I know exactly how hard it is to be mental problems. But it takes oneself to acknowledge they have a problem before they can fix it. You don't use people to relieve your anxiety. That's selfish. Chowon should ask for help and not use kyungsoo as emotional punching bag.
Aside from moving on from his ex. He has to acknowledge all his past deeds and apologized for it. Aka having heesoo kidnapped and be raped by his goons.
