A lot of blonde ppl have darker brows or lashes artificial or not

It may sound like I was complaining.
But it was not.
Just like when you see your good friends act funny like a fool when he usually doesn't.
And you gonna say, "What's with you today?" while smirking.
Didn't I say before hand that I love their exaggerated expression.. I wouldn't say that if I hate the art.
I was just asking you know. It's common knowledge. And thx for @syra blue for letting me know that there are ppl who naturally have that kind of appearance.
I am not a blonde, but I dyed my hair so my brown eyebrow would kinda stand out,
But I think it's perfectly fine. They re perfectly frame my brown eyes nicely.
Note that I'm not trying to brag here.

Anyway.. What's with her father's bushybrow?
Why are they black? Unless his hair is dyed, shouldn't they be blonde as well?
