Ikr... It's obvious that she's being dumb but the author tries hard to make her characteristics as smart when that's not what we're seeing rn ;-;
I don't think it is the authors fault though. Maybe it is the lacking creative imagination of the animator. Or maybe the QC said that the disguise is already good enough even it it is suuuuper bad. So yeah a lot of things can happen that we do not know. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
