Yes there is an actual plot for this, it'll probably gonna take some time before he can turn back to his original physique, yeah he'll lose some weight not that much but atleast he was showing some progress.

Don’t get me wrong I love this story, but like is there an actual plot to this, just curious bc I haven’t seen the mc in real life for like a lot of chapters now. I’m curious as to whether he actually lost weight.
