Lol its typical (is that the right word??) in these type of webtoon but u still can't stop reading it! Hehe (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ ╮(￣▽￣)╭
At least other webtoons like this mix it up a little bit, or keep the pace fast enough (as in, no 5+ chapters of "he's trash, haha!" before a conclusion) to keep it interesting.
Family keeps being rude and trash talking right to his face. And all he does is just stand there and take it. Chapter after chapter of this already. But no, of course he's not allowed to prove himself yet. The author wants to have more people trash talk the mc first. So now some medicine clan is being brought in.
And we all know how that will go. Noone believing in mc, putting faith in the medicine guy instead while constantly insulting mc (this part will take at least 4~5 chapters), medicine guy not being able to cure the uncle in the end, then mc stepping in and curing the poison easily to show how amazing he is. Medicine guy will either just be humiliated and leave, or attack the mc for "the great offense" of being better at medicine and be killed.
And then we're off to the next scene with different characters but the exact same plot...
