i also love side characters more than the mc sometimes! like mostly but side characters r just so cute and awesome!
I totally agree with you...... Infact, sometimes main lead semes r trash still they win in the last and boy don't mention 2nd lead.... Oof!.... I think I have 2nd lead syndrome... I , in most of cases ,prefer 2nd leads.....
Has anyone ever been more invested in the side couples story more than the main couple?
One thing I've noticed is that the authors tend to play around/take more risks when it comes to the side couples story because they're not as important as the main couple so they can do whatever they want with them.
The main couples story is always perfect and meets everyone's expectations. They have some drama here and there, but in the end they get together happily. (Of course, they're the main story so the public have to like it)
I personally prefer side couples story cause they are more juicy and different from your typical bl story. The characters are also different, we get a variety of people instead of your typical strong, tall seme and short, feminine uke.
