Hello! Does anyone know this manga? Been looking for it for a loooooong time T^T
It's about a delinquent feeling like he was being bullied because the student council member/class president was singling him out for having piercings/strangely dyed hair. So to get back at him he asks the student council member/class president to the roof and as a prank: confesses, only to find the target of his prank has an actual crush on the delinquent.
