yknow the problem here rn is that in America specifically more people are being killed than saved. And funny enough the people being killed are mostly people of colour. As well as the fact that the people doing the killing are primarily police officers. and so starts a pattern that's been going on for a long time. and though I think stereotyping is stupid there comes a point when it happens so much that the stereotypes become straight facts

y’all going off in the comments LOL. i just wanna say, when we say ACAB we literally do not mean all cops, just most of them. i know that your experience with the police that you had is special to you but experiences like yours are very rare. peoples lives have been destroyed by cops for absolutely no reason at all and that’s not okay. a few different scenarios does not change that fact. poc have literally lost their family members due to them, and then get absolutely no justice at all. like what the other comments say, making harmful assumptions and stereotypes towards poc is messed up just like how it is for the lgbt+, neurodivergent people and other communities. because being hateful towards a group of people that did not chose to be born as they are is terrible. and being hateful towards a group of people that have been known to do terrible things and gotten away with it is two very different things. they just should not be compared. plus, if cops hear ACAB and immediately get upset they are obviously guilty of something, they should know it doesn’t apply to them as long as they didn’t do anything, but what do i know? ╮(￣▽￣)╭

LOL. it’s obvious that we literally do not mean every single cop, it’s just like how people say “i hate all men” or “i hate everything” do they literally mean they hate everything? no they don’t but they say it anyways to exaggerate their point. plus, acab is more about a broken and terrible system rather then the individual cops themselves. again, don’t ask me why they call it acab because i don’t know why. all i know is what the movement is really about, contrary to the name.

I asked you because you are the one who uses the term. I feel the same way when people say "I hate all men". People need to stop using absolutes when they don't mean it. It polarizes the argument into black and white with no middle ground and only stands to create more hatred when people are forced to pick a side that they may not entirely agree with.

ah, well i’m not the only one, this whole argument is about acab and blm? so that’s why i was saying acab, i don’t either but i can’t stop people from using it, it’s just usually when they say all they really don’t mean all, because not everyone is the same as what people paint them out to be. i agree with acab but i don’t think every single cop is bad, just most of them. i just think the cops that do terrible shit should go to jail and not be able to get away with, but usually they still do. who knows why at this point.
