Hmmm... I previously thought Cecile's mother was someone with eugendiph blood and was the one who gave the the children's book about the dragon. Since cecile's mother was also a maid n all... So it might be that her maids were not hired by the emperor but rather they are supernatural beings (?) Protecting Cecile because she might be the last surviving person with eugendiph's blood. This is the only reason I can think of to why estian's blood doesn't effect Cecile since she might be a half blood eugendiph while estian was an experiment... This also means that Cecile is stronger than estian...
