Actually it's a very toned down version of the kanSai dialect. It's not even an accent. For a more accurate translation, consult kyuugou's "you and me, etc." As a proofreader for Indigo scanlations, I can tell you that a lot of thought and debate went into the choice of keeping the ben (dialect), as most groups prioritize Palatability over accuracy. But think about this: when teaching romeo and juliet, do teachers ever advise the abridged edition? No, not if they can help it. The same applies here. Appreciate that the extra time was taken to even slightly to depict the earthy, brittle tone of the characters' kansai ben accurately.

IDK this story started a little slow. AND! There not gangsters, cowboys or pirates, so it's "you, and you're"
