I think he does. Uke has an undying love for the seme, and the seme fell for the uke for that reason. We all have different reasons why we fell in love for someone.
There’s an imbalance of power here that makes it hard to depict their relationship as love from the Seme’s side. He’s probably fond of him but I wouldn’t call it love.
You can’t define love. Everyone’s love is different. Your meaning of love is the complete opposite to someone else’s. For him he’s has never even liked someone and he has fallen for the uke which is his love. It is very much love.

Everyone's perception of love is different lol. You don't see it as love, then okay. But you can't dismiss others' perception or their ideas of what love is.
What I understood from the seme's past relationships is that when his partners question his feelings for them and expected more out of him, that's when he fell out of love. It's obviously we can see that he's not a very committed lover lol.
But the uke was different from all the others the seme dated before. The uke didn't expected anything from him, nor forcing expectations out of the seme. Whatever the seme does, the uke still loves him. The seme love the uke because of this.
We need a second volume because there’s too many questions that still have yet to be answered & I don’t think the Seme really loves the uke like that. （￣へ￣）
