Just search out a group (I would use google and the term 'scanlation' and the type of manga you want scanned - ie shounun/shoujo etc.) and then try emailing or messaging the website admin of the site.

Most scandalation groups have insert a page about them with the translated mangas where the name is and how to contact them. Just find a scandalation group here on this page and than write to them
