The killer IMO is probably the brown haired duke(?) that confessed to the black haired guy
or at least, that's what the story is possibly hinting at so far
whoever the killer is, is clearly obsessed with black haired MC
the victims all resemble the MC-
white skin, black hair, tall.
but the strange thing is that they're all women.
is it perhaps because they are easier to target? or that the killer hates women?
