This story is Shounen Ai. Either here or any other place, this story would not be behind a 18+ door or flag. BL stories are not mature by default. Yaoi may be but not Shounen Ai.
I don't think also the main point is for people who can't tell the difference between fiction and reality. For those who can, clearly the relationship is abusive in reality but acceptable under the fictional trope of dominant seme/tamed uke.
