I think he felt guilty bec of what happened to NK hope they would talk bec in the last panel he was watching him. He probably knows that something happened and is literally trying to keep him away from anybody’s reach only he can enter the storage room. But i hope he put him somewhere more comfortable, bec nk is clearly traumatised

Exactly, it didn't make sense to put him in a bloody shed, or cold storage room, if you're giving him a fire to stay warm and your expensive ROBE lol
What's with the robe?? Why not a blanket, I don't get the reasoning behind this. It's like, Seungho wants to treat him rough as a punishment, but at the same time can't bring himself to really do so.
And like you've said, Nakyum doesn't know what's happening. He knows the lord has been around, based on the robe, he might also recognise that he's back at the masion. But he still has no idea about anything...
Also, why thete aren't any marks on his neck? Shouldn't he have them if he was being strangled unconscious? When Seungho holds his ankle a bit rougher, Nakuym gets marked, but from strangulation? Lol
Any thoughts as to what next chapter could bring?

I just hope they talk. I mean, i also want to ask why there arent marks on nk’s wrist, why isnt there marks he was bounded for a long time yet no markings. Im just glad that the kidnap plot is over

Maybe the strangling was just a dream because Nakyum was traumatised after the kidnapping
I think it was real... Nameless had to make him unconscious to be able to transport him again quickly. But what Nakyum saw was definitely distorted, Nameless appeard to him as this monster with shiny eyes, so that's definitely true
In my case the site was lagging, but I did manage to buy the chapter. It was loading very slow, but now I've read it.

He must've noticed the marks around Nakyum's mouth. Is that why he stopped from grabbing his throat? But if that was the case, why would he put him in the shed and lock him up?
And now he's just standing there watching him. Dude.
I'm quite surprised though, that all the restraints didn't leave more marks on Nakyums body.
I wonder what will happen next chapter. I would assume that Nakyum would jump on and try to hug Seungho the moment he woke up and saw him :) But not sure he will get the chance. Though again, him clinging onto Seungho's robe like that, SH would have to be dumb not to notice this. After all, even the "minute expressions of desire" on Nakyum's face "didn't espace him" ╮(￣▽￣)╭
