On the 22- 23 of every month, you can order it from Yenpress, the manga has a simultan release in Japan and international. Or you can look on tumblr, the chapters are there too.
So they don't upload it here regularly?
usually they do i think (you can support author by buying chapter from yen press though). The problem was this year that author took breaks often that is why there are so many breaks between chapters. I think she is back on schedule now, and every month we should get new chapter.

I want to read it so bad but I don't like waiting too long before the updates, so I'm trying to let them pill up but it's hard to resist
