I recommend ignoring this author's works if you're not keen on fiction with rape tropes. Considering her other works, this honestly is the least rapey one imho; the 'cumming in your pubic bone' has got to be the worst.
I really disliked this manga, from the r*pe to the mental and emotional manipulation everything was kinda fucked up. If you were to ask me if I would ever be in a relationship where the guy would r*pe me anywhere I would 100% decline. I know it's fiction but it's fucked up.
