Apparently one poisons the other, gets her killed, another one is assasinated, and the third one can’t live with the guilt she did so she gets a divorce. It’s really unfortunate that the cause of this was the pressure from their ‘fathers’ who were greedy.

that's not right. one died from child birth (she gave birth to a princess and even at death her mother said she was useless for giving birth to a daughter instead of a son. stfu lady, your own baby died and you say that? fuck you.) another one got divorced because her faction poisoned the other concubines slowly including her and another one got her marriage annulled because of the treason committed by her own faction (but she was given a job and was given a title making her the second woman to receive a noble title. she helped uncover the plot against the emperor and all the wrongdoings of the elders)
Overall, all the concubines are pretty cool and they treat Poliana like a friend.

I really like the concubines. They all seem like really cool and chill ladies. I blame the men that are forcing them to get pregnant to become empress. In another life, I think all of them could have been great friends and that makes me sad.
