I don't like the trope that the FL often ends up with someone who is related to her ex asshole ex-fiance.
I also like that she still an intelligent woman in power and good ruler to her people + the ML is giving up being part of his toxic royal lineage after faking his own death.
Good point about Nora as the ML!!!
But I think Daisy is so much more competent and self-aware than Shuli considering the fact with how few resources or many disadvanges she has at the beginning. Shuli isn't interesting for me anymore because she is in the end a very lucky safe girl and she seems more like a plot device tool for the other characters. Despite following her inner monologues and doubts, she basically just lives for others.
She is not that of a typical cute delicate clumsy female protagonist.
There is really sth relatable, mature, empowering and progressive about her despite her limitations and being an ordinary person without any special abilities.
She is not a reincarnator, transmigrator, rich heir of a dukedom, hidden saint or lost princess who attracts easily MLs of all kind.
She may be the distant descendant of a magical being/entity that allows her to suddenly rewind time but that's it. So far she has been very diligent and compentent in her own way.
You know what I mean?
