I think you're probably talking about the pacing of the story. Instead of things back to back, ambushing you with plots, you have one story plot after another, giving you room to breathe.
I really like this it isnt like other bl/yaoi where its cliche with unesscesary drama. This one is really laid back and i can really just sit down and enjoy it without having 4 different emotions every minute
